Yikes!!! That stuff looks radioactive. I would experiment with an amber rum and the juice of one lime and go from there. Maybe sneak in a bit of a light rum too (oz of each?). Let us know. I remember seeing a recipe for homemade somewhere. When I think of papayas, I think of lime and cayenne pepper. Good luck. |
