Hi,

I've searched for reviews of Paramount 151 Virgin Islands rum here, on Ministry of Rum, etc. and haven't come up with much of anything--my apologies if the topic has already been discussed.

Has anyone tried this rum? I'm wondering if it might be a good substitute for Bacardi 151 in recipes calling for Caribbean or amber 151-proof rum (NOT 151 demerara rum). Always looking to improve on Bacardi. Any opinions would be most welcome!
