It sure sounds like Tavares, I agree. In my opinion, those chordal melodies are pretty much impossible to play without a pedal..which Tavares used. The Golden CD is great, by the way. I have Hukilau hulas and the other CD those guys did (With B. Kaai and Vince Akina)...it's like the studio professional's version of Hawaiian music! [ Edited by: lucas vigor 2010-03-15 20:18 ] |
