I have this old drink menu from the Zanzibar bar located in San Francisco. Looking at the drink prices this place was very much pre-Tiki. Some exotic South Seas drink names with, of course, the special Zombie drink. Amazing how Vic and Don created such a drink craze.

I also snagged this image of the napkin from ebay some time ago, they added a Hula girl to the beach scene.
