[/quote Hi, a good seamstress can alter most anything. If you are planning on doing it yourself, all I can say is this; It is a semi-simple dress design. There are seams that run top to bottom from each armpit to the bottom of the dress. If you don't need to take in too much and you have skinny arms-you may get lucky and only have to take in the side seams. If you need it to be much smaller, I will add this; There is a center seam running UP from the waist to the zipper opening on the back. There are two horizontal seams that run all around the dress-one at the bust and on at the waist. Note-this dress is designed as a loose fitting dress. It does NOT have to be skin tight.
