There's an August 2006 NPR interview with Wayne Curtis here. The audio link is still live and there's a complete transcript of the interview. And I probably violated some copyrights be re-posting an excellent article by Curtis: The Atlantic: Supersized Cocktails...The drinking man’s case for smaller servings. Curtis's blog Slow Cocktails is definitely worth reading. He was just at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America convention in Las Vegas and there are some pointers for products you might want to plan on avoiding (such as Nutliquor peanut butter flavored vodka).
