heh, i had bad heartburn late at night after making those. my tummy's not what it used to be.

they're not as dark as i'd like, but i had to start with some easy chocolate. it's only 58% cocoa. :)

when i get the tempering technique and molding down i'll switch to 80 or so.

i hope people understand that these are chocolates and not fine jewelry. the casts are a little rougher and don't go through a finishing process. i think the buffing wheel might not be good for them.
