When do you get in? The Unofficially Official Kick-Off of Hukilau is Wednesday night at the Mai Kai. If you want to get pictures of the place that is the night to do it. Plus, you can get a head start on the drink menu... only 52 drinks to choose from.

Thanks Chip and/or Andy :) I didn't know about Wednesday night! We'll be in all week (staying with friends).
