Been working on lights for a Kahiki party here on May 1st.
So most of my time is in that.
But I did get some work on this light done.
Ok so the ball on the end bugged me.
Kinda reminded me of the Thomasville collection by Broyhill.
So that had to go. Wish I had roughed up the surround a bit as well.
Here are some options I had and lastly the one I ended up with.
Next the top.
Well that one is going to take some time.
Found items don't look too good, This is a kinda small size.
Am going to need to make a hat for the top of this light to get it just right.


This would have been cool, but would have taken longer.

I do this to the tops of lights a lot, It looks good I think, AND it adds strength to the top.

This is what I ended up with.

I don't know, sounded better than it looks.

Close, but still the hat needs to be bigger.
Going to make the hat next.
Should be two or three weeks.
