Seeing them side-by-side there is no doubt that the Luau Room was working directly from a Mai Kai image. There are, however, enough differences between the two to make it very possible to 'get away with' doing so. In the end analysis the Mai Kai wins since it is still standing and the Luau Room closed a number of years ago. |
