I'm at work and don't have my mugs to hand right now, but I'm sure I've got one which is very similar, which I was told was from the Bali Hai in New York. Mine differs slightly in the fact that it doesn't have the name on the back (nor the smooth square patch where the name was printed). It also came with a companion mug from the same place. Both of my 'New York' Bali Hai's look relatively new (80's?), so it would be interesting to find out when it actually closed. Trader Woody |
