Today... is... GLORIOUS. The sun is shining and Summer is here... what a perfect day to relax on the lanai with a tropical cocktail and pizza... Wait, did you say PIZZA?
That's right! Today, Sunday, May 2 (2010, for those of you keeping track), we've got a special guest on our lanai, The Pizza Hacker, who's bringing his portable wood burning oven and making fresh, hot, gourmet pizza right here starting at 4pm. Jeff will be making his signature classic margherita pizza- hand picked, organic, local, dry-farmed early girl tomatoes with fresh basil, fresh cow mozzarella, naturally leavened dough, bariani evoo and parmigiano reggiano. Some other specialty, fresh from the farmer's market toppings may be available also. To drink, we've got our fantastic Sunday-Only Island time menu (our Island twists on classic brunch cocktails), the full tropical menu, AND our new 20 Classic Cocktail addition to the menu... no shortage of choices here!
