There are issues regarding bids that should be addressed before the day of the actual event on the 30th. For example: I just can't attend the event in person, but I want to place a bid on Jason's velvet painting. If I pledge a bid of $200 - will my bid be noted correctly and in a timely manner? When is the deadline for bids both proxy and live? Some organized person needs to be on top of all this activity. -just asking!! Thanks. G
