Can anybody give me some advice on laying out a tiki? Do you start with the whole package or do you start with the eyes or mouth and work from there? Dose the size of the material dictate the style? What about a body, does a true tiki have a body? One last thing, if you have been inspired by a particular artist or artists what is the etiquette on incorporating some of those styles into your work?

thanks,
