Here Here, such a great book, and i've never even been to a tiki bar in the USA!! (though i'm glad to say that will be changing with the Mai Kai in less than a week!).

I sometimes base my travelling (outside USA) around what's in this book and have enjoyed reading about the history of long gone places. Great style of humorous writing and some good drink recipes to boot!
