Awww... thanks for all of the aloha, people. Seriously, it is really gratifying to me that three years after the 2nd edition, people still find value in (and have enthusiasm for) this book. By the way, the 2nd edition is NOT out of print; I know for a fact that Santa Monica Press has a few hundred copies left in their warehouses. If anyone out there still needs a copy, have Amazon or your local independent book store special order it for you. |
