Ah, it's being sold by Paul Hupp. He's a character. He's gotten his hands on some great stuff over the years, but his pricing has always been a little... wacky. He used to have a store in the Seattle area called Mambo. He was kinda legendary for having some crazy, not-entirely-reliable story for every item in his store.
