Wow, I'd love to see the article for the Yma cover but I figure you'd post that if you could.

Also I'm sitting on quite a few "Jungle Girl" comic and Pulp cover images left over from the Jungle-style thread. I didn't use them since that thread was becoming too "cheesecake" centric. Is this just a Poly-Pop thread? I'm assuming it is.

Also I think you mean "vintage" rather than "retro". The latter would refer to modern covers done in the old-style. I think your intent to only include authentic mid-century content is the correct one.

FYI, sorry for the word-smithing but I've seen other "Exotica Girl" threads get diluted when people started posting random modern images of blonde (!!) hula girls. This thread has started off on the right foot.

Thank You.

You are correct I should have said "vintage". I do not have any hopes for the thread other than to archive and index material as much as a forum is capable of - and naturally the older it is the less likely anyone would be concerned about copyright fair use issues. I wouldn't consider it poly-pop, whatever would be acceptable in any other thread works here.

I expect random issues showed up in many threads in the history of this forum - like the natural history article - and if this thread was merely links to other threads with issues I would consider it a very successful thread.

The Yma issue should show up in the mail one of these days.
