As someone that attended both 1 & 2, I have all the faith in the world that you would create a bitchin Tiki Caliente 3. If the owner of the Tropics is being unresponsive, then so be it, move it next door. Oasis was started there but this ain't Oasis, this is the de-evolution. As long as that continues to be the philosophy and standard you could hold it at the no tell motel and i would still show up!
