Exercise. 1500 calories a day and at least 30 minutes to an hour of exercise (vigorous cardio. Get that heart rate up) will cut lbs. off. BTDT. I went from 210 to 188. Need to do it again. I still exercise, but not like I should. Now that I'm off the meds that stalled my metabolism rate out, perhaps I can do it. I'm just so hungry all the time...
