And reading too. If you have books, magazines or newspapers, get rid of them. Use the time you usually spend reading and take a walk, or go running, or join a gym. The average American spends .028 hours each day reading. Build muscle mass, speed up your metabolism, burn the calories and then you can eat whatever you want (but avoid food) and drink 1-20 alcoholic beverage each day.

I haven't read any books in 15 years and I'm in no better shape now than when I was 15 years ago!

Reading is a big waste of time anyway.
