Aloha, Chris, You saw a very rough and early version when you came here over 5-7 years ago. Zeta, I will ask the fine people at Bess Press about posting a few more pages. They are in control of the project and I will do as they ask. October 1st will come soon enough. I do not see any problem with posting a few out takes though!
