"Night Moves" definitely takes me back to Summer 1977 How about "Spill the Wine" by Eric Burdon for a lazy summer day feel? A newer song that is probably off the radar for most of you is "All Summer Long" by Kid Rock, sweet rememberances of a summer long past with undertones of Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London" and Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Sweet Home Alabama".
