Hey, it looks like you figured out how to post pictures, Ben! :) In his very early (now rare) book "Out With The Stars" about LA nightlife, Jim Heimann labeled the Pre-50s slew of tropical restaurants in Los Angeles the "Avalanche of bamboo". I think Ben is the Avalanche of Bamboo in the 21st Century! |
