At last Sunday's premiere "Surfin' Smorgasbord," Forbidden Island was hit with a tremendous tidal wave emerging from a sensational sea of aloha attire, go-go gals, rhythmic reverb, fabulous food and killer cocktails! Special thanks to The Deadbeats, Frankie and the Poolboys, the Wadadli Riders, Meshugga Beach Part, the food cart vendors and especially YOU for making this musical monsoon our best attended special event yet! Another shout-out to Peter Hartlaub of the San Francisco Chronicle, whose interview with Will the Thrill on the front page of Saturday's Datebook really helped get the word out!
