Limit 20 vendors, first come first served. Doesn't have to be Halloween-
themed.

Info so far:
It'll be at the Tonga Hut --12808 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood.
It'll be on Halloween, Sunday Oct. 31.

Art will be inside the bar and vendors outside in the parking lot.
Vending will start early afternoon (4 pm) and go til dark.
