I can't imagine this property being revitalized or redeveloped anytime soon. Tahitian Resort is situated in a region of US 19 best described as a land that time forgot where strip mall dilapidation runs amok. The Tahitian Resort is in dire need of some of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act money.
