Hey guys. All harpoon work. I like to keep it as primitive as is reasonable. Yup, we always eat the first one first. I'm serving about 15 pounds to folks at work today with a buncha snappy sauces. Happy happy! Ya'll take care. I've got my eye on a couple of big boar hogs on my property next. Hopefully at some point I will want to carve again. The boatman has been giving me the stink eye. Until then - I'll be waiting, hiding, and watching in the tall grass...... -Gman |
