Lemon Hart is a pretty tasty 151 demerara rum. The "white" 151's seem pretty similar to me. Like you said, the alcohol content is the main thing, and that seems to override any subtle differences among brands. I keep Wray & Nephew's and Bacardi & use Bacardi mostly when pyrotechnic garnishes are called for (i.e., hula bowls, cocoanaut re-entry, etc.)!
