A majority of the criminals are the tweakers that are spun out on batu (ice, meth) robbing people so they can get their smoke on. When i lived in Waikiki i would find purses in my buildings trash cans all the time. They would snatch em off the beach while the tourists took a dip take the valueables then dump em. They should do a casting call in Kalihi and get the bug eyed ,skinny and toothless donkeys to play the villians and keep it real deal Holyfield!
