Embury (the first floor @ Firehouse Lounge) in the Strip District has Tiki Tuesdays!
It's not mentioned on their website

I'm told on facebook that they're still happening.
The place knows their cocktails (heck, it's named after the guy who wrote the book) and drinks are served in tiki mugs those nights. No tikis in the decor though, it's a "speakeasy".
