WOW!!! I would love to get a Pearl of Wisdom.. that is just gorgeous. I just recently snagged a Mainlander mug from Craigslist, and was super stoked once I got it in my paws. Couldn't imagine getting 4 of em'! Amazing. Awesome finds. I'm closer to St. Louis and those Mainlanders are rare as hens teeth. Kudos!
Any one with a Pearl of Wisdom they're willing to part with please let me know. Mahalo!

Thrift goodies. Been looking for a Mainlander for a long time and was rewarded with 2 in amazing condition. Large Polynesian Village Frosted glass, a different Don Ho glass than the ones I usually see and an Aztec-ish sorta small table lamp.

7 inch tall Hobbyist ceramic tiki and a Trader Vics cocktail glass.

Yard sale GOLD! I have been looking for the Pearl of Wisdom for a LONG time. Even tried the trade thread but guess what, Saturday I had about one hour in the morning to hit the local sales and at a house just 5 blocks away...BINGO. Leaning against a wall were a pile of old frames and at the back I see just the top 3 or 4 inches of the blue print. I knew exactly what it was and grabbed it up. Sticker price $3.00 Then I get to talking with the couple who lived there and she says yeah we had kind of a tiki theme going there years ago. I said cool, it's what I'm doing now. Anything else you got still hanging around. "No I don't think so. Wait let me see." She comes back with 2 Mainlander mugs for $1.50 (pair). The paint on these 2 is not that good but WOW, that makes 4 Mainlanders in my neighborhood in just 7 days. I've had an incredible tiki summer. Wishing you all good mojo in your hunting too!
