Even though they seriously lack basic photography skills, they do have a good sense of humor over there in Fuquay-Varina:

"The mayor of Fuquay-Varina is John W. Byrne. He has held office since 2001 with no serious opposition. In November, 2009 Byrne faced opposition from Bob Gray, a Fuquay native. Though the challenge was not taken seriously, it was argued that Gray's garnering of roughly 30% of the vote indicated dissatisfaction from a sizable amount of Fuquay citizens. Locals have argued that Gray's challenge might have been more successful had his campaign message not been negative and had refrained from making promises to "eat ten Sub sandwiches" in one sitting if he was elected Mayor."
