Alton Brown on sushi. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRdTq93XcVg Mind you, IMO, not all sushi can properly nestle in Tikiville, but Americanized sushi (i.e. California rolls) definitely can. I remember having that at the Dallas Trader Vic's EONS ago, and that's good enough for these purposes. :) |
