I finally found one of the early menus from the Aku Aku. It has a nice wood-grained cover.

Not as sexy as the illustrated cover, but a nice artifact no the less.

Here is the drink list, some interesting names.

Here is the story of the back of the menu.

And a nod to Edward Brownlee who carved the Tikis for the Aku Aku.
