The episode involves the Five O officers investigating a neo nazi group. At one point, McGarret confronted the neo nazi's and shared the views of freedom of speech as expressed by Supreme Court justice Oliver Wendell Holmes who stated that yelling fire in a crowded theatre is not covered under freedom of speech. Hmm, guess this has nothing to do with the above post but Hawaii Five O is a favorite with Tiki Centralites so I thought some of you might be interested. Now back to our regular discussion.....
