I u-modded to have 'Tiki!' under General Tiki Forums, moved, not locked. Locking rarely accomplishes anything and leaves behind too many loose ends.

Hopefully Hanford will unlock it, have the last word on it, and send it away, but not until people are all on the same page.
If this does not happen, a similar incident will occur again....I'll bet on it!
