No mention of Koi!! The forgotten Tiki employee! If you think it’s exciting for the old bartenders to have traveled around what about Koi? They can live to be 100 and they went from owner to owner, name change to name change, place to place from restaurants to apt. buildings to hotels to theme parks. Oh if only they could talk!
