So do you really want to know what crashed Tiki Central last week ?? It was the great outpouring of love and admiration for BigTikiDude on TC Ohana that overloaded Hanford's servers. (Ha, Ha)

The original thread was a casualty of the Great (and hopefully only) Tiki Central Blackout of 2011. Actually I thought once was enough ( :) ) but several people at Don's on Monday (who are not named Jeff) suggested that I repost it.

Yes, BigTikiDude is well known in Tiki circles, but in the Surf Music community he's a Mover and a Shaker. So much so that the SG101 people all chipped in and got him this generous gift...

I know that BTD can be one opinionated mother f**ker when it comes to the different facets of Tiki Music and mixology, but the guy just doesn't "talk the talk", HE WALKS THE WALK. Case in point his amazing SurfGuitar101 Convention and this upcoming event on Feb 5th.
