They are breathtaking. Thanks! It's hard to take a bad picture there! We stayed in Poipu at the Kiahuna Plantation. They have some really nice little condos and an absolutely fabulous restaurant, Plantation Gardens. If you're on Kaua'i it's worth a look, just to see their garden and/or eat there, even if you don't end up staying there. This was our second time staying there - we really like it.
