How does one record an internet radio show from a computer? - Tiki Music

I'm sure more than a few of us would benefit from learning how to record an internet radio show from a computer, specifically how to set up a timed recording of a future show, as is done when recording a future TV show. I have a Dell Inspiron with Windows Vista. If one of you techies out there could provide (in layman's terms) step by step instructions, I and others would be very grateful. Mahalo.
