Got some good work in today
Got 1 coat of varnish on and then disaster happened
Yep a huge chunk of the bark ripped off while I was adjusting him on the sawhorse.
So now I have to wait till tomorrow when the varnish is dried to shave down more of the bark and try to salvage him, the look is totally different now. |
