cool blogs. thanks for linking these. for passionfruit syrup i've just been using 3 parts juice w/1 part rock candy syrup. i'll have to try your recipe and a commercial version for comparison. mine is probably a syrupy passionfruit juice instead of a passionfruit syrup. |
