Was in LA yesterday and we finally went to Trader Vic's in downtown LA. Very nice visit. Met a bartender named Billy. Real nice guy, and he impressed me by offering to add a little extra rum to our cocktails. And when another couple came in and ordered mai tais, Billy offered to make them from scratch rather than use the mix. Gott appreciate that. |
