The above interior shots show the bridge with OA caved poles that lasted through until the end. The stone fireplace with the carved face also was still in the restaurant but was partially covered when a plain white drop ceiling was installed after it became the Peking Palace. I am still hoping that my wife's mother can find some photos of a b-day party held at the restaurant about 1970. During it's run the Tur Mai Kai was the place to be when dinning out in Kalamazoo.
