"Carving Magic" provides instructions on carving a number of meats, including a turkey. While you'll be taught by Martha Logan, it's worth noting that she was a fictional creation (much like Betty Crocker) of Swift & Company. For extra fun, it's got Harvey Korman! You'll be swept away by the idyllic 1950's attire & pizazz! This gem is not to be missed!!!
