Foster, Seabee I have a feeling it’s not an authentic Leeteg. It isn't of his quality and to have it loose and not mounted would be very unlikely. His velvets were sold out of galleries already framed and his paintings weren’t cheap. Probably the best thing to do would be to frame it yourself and sell it on eBay under the Black Velvet Paintings category.
