Since the original topic was about a desire for an upscale steak and seafood restaurant with tiki decor, I tried to finish my post by bringing the thread back toward the original topic. That's all. Mexican and Asian cuisine=less expensive to implement and maintain than upscale steak and seafood, which is why there are more of the former than the latter.
