I prefer the Singapore Sling's drier cousin, the Straits Sling: http://www.drinkboy.com/cocktails/Recipe.aspx?itemid=155 It's a nice variation if you haven't tried it. Actually, it's possibly closer to the original recipe for the Singapore Sling than the modern version of that drink. |
