I like "Surf & Sirloin" as well. I keep trying to play with possible name combinations in my head, like "Beef & Reef" Or how about named for a fictitious proprietor? Like "Tiki Tenderloin's" or "Bamboo Brisket's" for instance? Hey, it worked for "Fudrucker's" didn't it? Bear
